Cancellation Policy
WEST LONDON DRIVING SCHOOL - PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY Please read this policy carefully before booking your lessons. IMPORTANT - ALL BOOKINGS ARE PENDING UNTIL APPROVED Every lesson you request stays pending until it is agreed and approved by your assigned instructor. A lesson is only confirmed once your instructor has approved it - please do not make any payment until then. 1. ONLINE BOOKING - All lesson packages can be booked online through our website. - All lessons are a minimum of 2 hours. - No payments are taken online at this time (subject to change). - Once submitted, your booking shows as "pending approval" until your assigned instructor confirms it. - By submitting a booking and signing the booking form, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions: westlondondrivingschool.com/terms-and-conditions 2. PAYMENT METHODS To secure your session, payment is made directly to your instructor by: - Bank transfer - completed before the session; your instructor provides bank details on confirmation. - Cash - paid in full at the start of the lesson. Please do not pay until your instructor has confirmed the lesson. 3. RECEIPTS & RECORDS - Invoice receipts are available on request. - We recommend that both students and instructors keep records of all transactions. 4. INSTRUCTOR RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY - All instructors operate under a franchise model with West London Driving School. - West London Driving School is not liable for any direct payments made between students and instructors. - Instructors maintain professional standards, honour booked lessons and manage payments transparently. 5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Students: a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. - Less than 48 hours' notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged. - To reschedule, please contact your instructor as early as possible. - Instructors are encouraged to give adequate notice but are not strictly bound by the 48-hour rule required of students. If you would like a set minimum notice from your instructor, please agree this directly with them. 6. REFUNDS Where applicable, refunds are handled under our Terms & Conditions, usually by bank transfer. Please see the T&Cs or ask your instructor for details. QUESTIONS?
